CHEMEX coffeemakers are made from the same high quality glass used for lab ware. The Six Cup Classic series is beautifully clear and imparts no flavors or chemicals into your brewed coffee. Each coffeemaker is inspected, polished and hand tied by one of our team, before getting boxed up for shipping.  Used along with the scientifically designed CHEMEX Bonded™ filters, our pour over system will remove bad fats, bitterness, acidity and sediments that all other types of filters leave behind. At Drip City Coffee Roasters, every bag is roasted in small batches to ensure you receive the freshest coffee possible.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically roasted and shipped within 2–3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • During product launches or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns

Returns And Refunds

Because coffee is a perishable food product, we generally cannot accept returns on opened bags of coffee.

However, we want you to love every cup you brew. If something isn't right, we'll do everything we can to make it right.

If We Messed Up

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@dripcitycoffee.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We'll make it right as quickly as possible.

Coffee is subjective, and every palate is different. If a particular coffee wasn't what you expected, reach out to us. While we cannot guarantee refunds based on taste preference, we're happy to work with you to find a coffee that's a better fit.
