Step-By-Step
Step 1: Rinse Filter
Insert a paper filter into the cap.
Twist the cap onto the AeroPress and rinse the filter with hot water.
Place the AeroPress on top of your mug.
Step 2: Add Coffee
Add 11 g of medium-fine coffee.
Shake gently to level the coffee bed.
Step 3: Pour
Pour 200 g of water into the AeroPress.
Stir gently for about 10 seconds.
Step 4: Press
Insert the plunger.
Wait until 2:00, then slowly press with steady pressure for about 30 seconds.
Step 5: Enjoy
Remove the AeroPress.
Enjoy your coffee.
Barista Tips
- Use a gentle, steady press

- Water just off boil (200°F) works well for most coffees.
