Step-By-Step
Step 1: Rinse Filter
Place the filter in the brewer and rinse with hot water.
Step 2: Add Coffee
Add 40g of coffee and shake gently to level the bed.
Step 3: Bloom
Pour 80g of water in a circular motion. Bloom for 30-45 seconds.
Step 4: Pour
Pour the remaining 540g of water in steady circles, keeping the water level below the top of the filter.
Step 5: Enjoy
Let it drain completely (around 4:30) and enjoy your clean, delicious cup.
