At Drip City Coffee Roasters, every bag is roasted in small batches to ensure you receive the freshest coffee possible.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically roasted and shipped within 2–3 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- During product launches or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Methods
We currently ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Delays
While we'll do everything we can to get your coffee to you quickly, shipping carriers occasionally experience delays that are outside of our control. We appreciate your patience should this occur.
Returns
Returns And Refunds
Because coffee is a perishable food product, we generally cannot accept returns on opened bags of coffee.
However, we want you to love every cup you brew. If something isn't right, we'll do everything we can to make it right.
If We Messed Up
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@dripcitycoffee.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
Didn't Love It?
Coffee is subjective, and every palate is different. If a particular coffee wasn't what you expected, reach out to us. While we cannot guarantee refunds based on taste preference, we're happy to work with you to find a coffee that's a better fit.
