Ethiopia Natural

Light Medium Roast

Tasting Notes: Plum • Pineapple • Black Tea

From the lush highlands of Guji, Ethiopia, this naturally processed coffee delivers the vibrant fruit character that has made Ethiopian coffees famous. Sweet notes of ripe plum and juicy pineapple lead the cup, while a smooth black tea finish adds elegance and balance.

Carefully grown by smallholder farmers around Danbi Udo and processed at the Danbi Udo Wet Mill, the coffee is cultivated at elevations between 1,950 and 2,200 meters, where the cool climate and rich volcanic soils help develop exceptional sweetness and complexity. The coffee is naturally processed, allowing the fruit to dry around the seed before milling, creating its signature fruit-forward profile.

Whether you're brewing a pour over to showcase its delicate complexity or enjoying it as a bright morning cup, Ethiopia Natural offers a clean, lively experience that's both approachable and memorable.

Best Brewed As

This Ethiopia Natural shines in slower, clarity-focused brew methods that highlight its fruit-forward sweetness and tea-like finish.

V60 brings out the bright pineapple and clean black tea finish.

Chemex creates a lighter, elegant cup with soft plum sweetness and a crisp finish.

AeroPress gives the coffee more body, making the plum note feel deeper and juicier while keeping the tropical acidity intact.

For the best cup, we recommend grinding fresh, using filtered water, and brewing between 198–205°F.
