Nestled in the mountains of Baja Verapaz, Guatemala, this washed coffee offers a beautifully balanced cup with comforting sweetness and lively complexity. Rich brown sugar provides a smooth foundation, while crisp red apple and a touch of bright citrus create a clean, refreshing finish.
Sourced from smallholder farms throughout the Cubulco region, this coffee is grown between 1,600 and 1,800 meters above sea level, where cool mountain climates and traditional farming practices produce exceptional quality. Carefully washed after harvest, the result is a clean, vibrant cup that showcases the unique character of Guatemala's highlands.
Roasted to a medium profile, Guatemala Baja Verapaz is equally enjoyable as a morning pour over or your everyday cup of coffee. Its approachable sweetness, balanced acidity, and smooth finish make it a coffee you'll reach for again and again.

For the best cup, we recommend grinding fresh, using filtered water, and brewing between 198–205°F.

Because coffee is a perishable food product, we generally cannot accept returns on opened bags of coffee.
However, we want you to love every cup you brew. If something isn't right, we'll do everything we can to make it right.
If We Messed Up
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@dripcitycoffee.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
