Grown in the highlands of Jinotega, Nicaragua, this naturally processed coffee offers a lively combination of fruit and sweetness. Juicy raspberry leads the cup, followed by bright lemon and a rich caramelized-sugar finish that brings balance and depth.
Produced by La Bastilla Coffee Estates at elevations between 1,300 and 1,500 meters above sea level, this coffee features Caturra and Catuai varieties. After harvesting, the coffee cherries are carefully dried with the fruit surrounding the seed, helping develop its vibrant berry character and natural sweetness.
Roasted to a medium profile, Nicaragua La Bastilla is bright and expressive without sacrificing balance. Its light body, fruit-forward character, and lingering sweetness create a distinctive cup for anyone who enjoys a coffee with plenty of personality.

AeroPress develops a little more body and sweetness, bringing forward the caramelized-sugar note while preserving the coffee’s bright fruit character.
Cold Brew creates a smooth, refreshing cup with mellow berry sweetness, soft citrus, and a candy-like finish.
For the best cup, we recommend grinding fresh, using filtered water, and brewing hot methods between 198–205°F.

Because coffee is a perishable food product, we generally cannot accept returns on opened bags of coffee.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@dripcitycoffee.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
