Return Policy

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

• Online Purchases: We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of the original purchase date. Perishable goods such as coffee beans, food items, and custom products are non-returnable.
• In-Store Purchases: Returns for in-store purchases must be made within 14 days of the purchase date. Items must be unopened and unused to be eligible for a return.

2. Return Process for Online Purchases

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@dripcitycoffeeco.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. Please do not call the store phone for return inquiries.
• Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send back your item.
• Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or incorrect due to our error.

3. Return Process for In-Store Purchases

• Bring the item(s) you wish to return to our store along with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
• Our staff will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria.
• If approved, you can choose to exchange the item, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

4. Refunds

• Online Purchases: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
• In-Store Purchases: If your return is approved, we will process your refund immediately. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at sales@dripcitycoffeeco.com with details and photos of the damage or defect.
• For online purchases, we will arrange for a return and send a replacement at no additional cost to you. For in-store purchases, please bring the item to the store for an exchange or refund.
